Toby Grob - MBA, Grad Dip Tech Mgmt, PMP – Over more than 25 years Toby’s experience has spanned the consulting and financial services industries including Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management/Security Services, Insurance and central Exchange trading firms. His roles have been both technology and operationally based and over the past 18 years have been focussed on Programme, PMO and Project Management through to business operational/process analysis and improvement. He has delivered projects and programmes across the Asia Pacific region managing geographically separated stakeholders and teams, often delivering in very difficult business environments.
Chris Stubbs – MBA, BSc Honours (Management Sciences) – Chris has had extensive project management and consulting experience in various industry sectors including banking, financial services and telecommunications. He is a specialist in Basel 2/3 Regulatory Reform implementations and regulatory compliance programmes such as Dodd Frank Trade Reporting and IFRS9 having established and managed a number of programmes and projects in that domain. Chris has delivered projects across Europe and Asia Pacific over the past 20 years with numerous top tier firms.
Tony Jeffs has spent over 20 years based in Asia providing professional services and solutions to global and regional institutions in financial services. He has extensive knowledge of the financial sector in the East Asia region especially in investment management, providing Project Management and Business Analysis services, addressing clients’ needs in accordance with business and resource constraints and setting key project progress indicators and objectives to meet strategic goals. Tony also specialises in Market Entry Services for software companies and third party service providers looking for an entry into the region or to expand their existing regional presence by developing their marketing, sales and business model as well as undertaking market and sector evaluation, product relevance, target clients, bring to market recommendations, operating structure and viability analysis.
