Project Risk Assessment and Mitigation
One of the most important components to successfully deliver your projects is the identification and management of risks. Every project should have a risk evaluation completed before a project begins and be constantly managed and updated throughout its life from both an internal and external perspective with appropriated mitigation strategies employed to deal with those risks. SBSP can work with your team to ensure a thorough evaluation of you projects is completed and that appropriate processes are included in the project to lower project risks.
SBSP will perform:
- Risk analysis of projects
- Implementation of Risk mitigation strategies from Portfolio down to a task level
- Identification and analysis of project interdependency risks
